At Light House Co., we want your home to shine. If you are not completely satisfied with your lighting fixtures or decor, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging with all protective foam and hardware to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
